As of December 1, 2025, 538,480 square meters of housing had been commissioned )put into service( in the Republic of Adygea, exceeding the approved annual plan of 503,000 square meters. This includes 23 apartment buildings with a total area of 169,620 square meters.
Active housing construction allows for the implementation of social programs. As Vladimir Narozhny, Chairman of the Parliament of Adygea, clarified, 118 residential units for orphans were purchased this year. 468.8 million rubles were allocated for these purposes. Also in 2025, 98 young families in the republic received certificates of eligibility for social payments for the purchase or construction of housing.
As part of the regional "Housing" project of the national "Infrastructure for Life" project, work to relocate residents from dilapidated housing, planned for 2025–2026, continues. Specifically, 18 apartments with a total area of 618.5 m² are planned for relocation in the Teuchezhsky and Takhtamukaysky districts.
