In 2024, housing construction in Kabardino-Balkaria increased by 9.2%

 


According to the North Caucasus State Statistics Service, housing construction in the Republic of Kabardino-Balkaria in 2024 reached 610.8 thousand square meters, which is 9.2% higher than last year's figure.

Over the past year, about 6.5 thousand apartments were built in the republic by organizations of all types of ownership and individual entrepreneurs.

This positive trend corresponds to the plans of the republic's leadership. As previously noted by the head of Kabardino-Balkaria Kazbek Kokov in his address to parliament, by 2030 the republic intends to increase the volume of housing construction to 761 thousand square meters.
