Adygea: New Residential Complex "Epos" will appear in Maykop

A new residential complex, "Epos," will open in Maykop, the capital of the Republic of Adygea. It is designed to serve as a link between modernity and the region's cultural heritage.

Developer of the complex, NVM Company shared details of the Epos residential complex project, which is positioned as a fully-fledged living ecosystem. The focus is on creating a well-developed internal infrastructure that meets the needs of different generations.

According to the project, the complex will include its own clinic, church, fitness center, children's playgrounds, and sports fields.

"Our goal is to make the Epos residential complex comfortable for families to live, work, and relax," comments Temirkan Abatov, a representative of NVM. "Therefore, we have provided both areas for quiet relaxation and sports spaces, taking into account the interests of both the older generation and the youth."

The complex's architecture, combining glass panels and modern materials, blends harmoniously into the natural landscape. The comfort of car owners is ensured by the provision of above-ground and multi-level parking.

The Epos residential complex is being built in Maykop, in the airport zone (Aviatchny Street, near 9 Maya Street). The location is convenient: the city center is approximately 4 km away (10-15 minutes by car). The Maykop bypass road, providing connections to the suburbs, runs nearby.

Public transportation is easily accessible: bus stops are nearby, and the Maykop bus station and train station are within walking distance of the construction site.
