Thirteen integrated development projects are underway in Adygea

 

Adygea continues to experience high rates of housing construction. The republic has already reached the per capita housing completion rate of 1.2 square meters. Last year, 600,000 square meters of housing were completed in Adygea, including 30 apartment buildings. This figure will not be reduced this year, as the Head of Adygea Murat Kumpilov announced on his social media page.

Currently, 13 projects are underway in the republic to create fully equipped and livable microdistricts with developed social infrastructure, roads, playgrounds, sports and walking areas, shops, and cafes. Six such complexes will be built in Maykop, six in Yablonovsky and Novaya Adygeya, and one in Adygeysk.
